Hello, I’m Richard Saint, founder of Turings People.
I spent over 20 years working in software development before starting this agency; the name coming to me during an inspirational visit to Bletchley Park – the legendary centre of WW2 codebreaking.
WHo aM I?
My career started as a graduate systems analyst, before gravitating towards innovative IT projects. Later I used a Masters degree in Software Engineering as the launchpad for building a sector leading TBT company; creating two comprehensive & *fully accredited courses – focused on training Systems Analysts & Project Managers.
We gained a list of 100+ blue chip clients (including GCHQ, Microsoft & Pfizer) for an evolving portfolio of professional IT training and support systems.
After selling the company I took a high-level consultancy role, streamlining systems for a number of multinationals, concurrently seeing a clear need for a knowledge based IT recruitment service.
My qualifications and experience give me a powerful edge when it comes to matching candidates to roles that ideally suit them. I always look for positive outcomes for both clients and candidates alike – and will never act in anything but your best interests. I will be honest and frank – disclosing everything relevant to support your decision making.
*Accrediting bodies: BCS, NCC & APM. These are: British Computer Society, National Computing Centre & the Association for Project Management.
A qualified pilot since age 16, I have gained extensive experience of numerous air sports – from hang gliding and sailplanes to sky diving. I also enjoy; running, hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding and surfing. At quieter times I like to read and enjoy creative writing.
“I had your job once. I was good at it.”
