Turings People is a contingent recruitment service; so, if we don’t find the candidate that you decide to hire then you pay nothing – regardless of the work we’ve put into the search.

Before undertaking our first search, we’d like to get to know you and your organisation. By having a frank discussion we can gain an understanding of your culture and values, helping us to ensure that the candidates we forward are not just technically suited but also a good ‘fit’ with your organisation.

This discussion is both informal and the style and timing is your choice – in person, by phone, Skype, etc. Whilst we’d love to come and meet you in your office environment we appreciate that your availability might limit this.


We aim to get as clear an assignment brief as possible for each role we search for on your behalf; before using a variety of techniques to identify, approach and pre-qualify candidates who will make it onto your candidate ShortList.

Our standard process delivers great results but we are happy to adapt this – should you have specific requirements. Ultimately, you are always in charge of your recruitment process.

We offer a very competitive fee structure and would be delighted to discuss how this fits with your needs. We’re always happy to talk and hopefully answer any questions you may have; rest assured there’s no ‘hard sell’. Unlike some agencies that apply subtle pressure, whilst promising the earth, that’s definitely not our style.
