How WE DO IT

Our standard process, outlined below, delivers great results but we are always open to adapting this – to suit client requests.

Engage

Our initial conversations, aimed at getting to know the culture and values of your organisation. Usually a one off – but we always aim to stay updated about any significant changes within our client organisations.

Assign

For each vacancy we will draft a detailed profile of the skills and personal qualities you are looking for; and we’ll ensure that each ‘Assignment Brief’ has your sign-off before starting our candidate search.

LongList

Our screening and interview process allows us to develop a good understanding of potential candidates; their strengths, specialisms and motivations. We conduct remote interviews with candidates on our LongList, using technologies like Skype, to ensure we have made as accurate an assessment as possible.

ShortList

We review all of our information before preparing the ShortList – and only these ‘best fit’ candidates details are forwarded to the client, together with any relevant assessment notes made by us. Depending on the seniority of the assignment and location permitting, we may also conduct face-to-face meetings with candidates on the ShortList.

Interview

At this stage the candidates on the ShortList are within the client’s own interview and selection process. We are happy to remain as engaged as required – liaising with candidates during this process, as necessary.

Appoint

Once an offer has been made and accepted the successful candidate may still need some guidance through their notice period, to dovetail that with the agreed start date in their new role. We remain available to assist a smooth transition – from resignation to induction.
